Request for Information

NYSUT Education and Learning Trust allows you to access Request for Information without an IQ.Web account. However, by creating a Guest account with NYSUT Education and Learning Trust you become entitled to specific user privileges. You will be granted access to special IQ.Web features and be able to communicate with NYSUT Education and Learning Trust more quickly. Additionally, with an account you have the ability to exit the Request for Information at any time and return later to finish.

Please select from one of the following options to begin your Request for Information :

Select this option if you would like to create a new account. After creating an account, you will have immediate access to the features and privileges awarded a guest. When filling out the Request for Information, your guest account lets you save your work, come back to edit, and check the progress of your Request for InformationRequest an IQ.Web account

Select this option if you have a pre-existing account. You will be able to log into IQ.Web and start your Request for Information immediately.Use my existing IQ.Web account

Select this option if you would like to fill out the Request for Information without first creating a guest account. Without a guest account, you will need to complete and submit the entire Request for Information form in one session. You will not be able to make corrections, check progress, or have access to sections of IQ.Web that NYSUT Education and Learning Trust has setup for members only.Fill out the Request for Information without an IQ.Web account
Select this option if you would like to fill out the Request for Information without first creating a guest account. Without a guest account, you will need to complete and submit the entire Request for Information form in one session.
